expect that you will be able to introduce exersize starting now with

things like short walks and gradually building up only to what you can

tolerate. There is no point overdoing it and then feeling rough later

***I had a DDI hair test done. What am I looking for to understand if

I would benefit from exercise? Although, I can tell you right now,

forget it. Taking the garbage cans out the other day did me in.

Chelation is also a stress and can cause an increase in fatigue.

***thanks this helped me...I didn't know at the 3 month point people

start to feel worse, I thought it was 6 months.

***It's page 120, at the bottom of column 1, top of column 2. The

whole adrenal sections starts on page 118.

seriously poisoned for a long time. The dose that I needed to start

with was much higher than what you need. The doctor who prescribed

it for me initially told me that I might never get off of it, or I

might. It is difficult to tell. It sounds like you have a much

better chance than I do (because of the low dose that you are able to

manage with).
