Guest guest
Rapid pulse: several on the group (including me) have had it from low sodium. This is by no means the only cause, but it's worth trying the salted water test, see Moderator Nick's website: http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/electrol.htm If you think you may have too much T3, it may be a good idea to do a Free T3 test. Adrenals: it never hurts to check if the adrenal support you're on is adequate, using the Dr. Rind temp chart, here's a link: http://www.drrind.com/therapies/metabolic-temperature-graph > > > > Is it possible for b12 to pool in the blood and not get adequate amounts to the cells? > > > > My last blood test for b12 and folate showed high, just over top range. I figure I am taking in enough b12/folate but not utilizing it. I am having some trouble with shortness of breath and a rapid pulse. I looked it up in STTM and it came up with a b12 deficiency. > > > > My ferritin and iron panel are good and adrenals are supported.
