Rapid pulse: several on the group (including me) have had it from low sodium.

This is by no means the only cause, but it's worth trying the salted water test,

see Moderator Nick's website:

If you think you may have too much T3, it may be a good idea to do a Free T3

test.

Adrenals: it never hurts to check if the adrenal support you're on is adequate,

using the Dr. Rind temp chart, here's a link:
