Guest guest
Hi page 104 Paragraph 8 which starts out " An alkaline stool... This paragraph says " low cortisol reduces immune response to yeast and increases PH which favors yeast " AND Page 105 paragarph 6 which starts out " note that people with low cortisol.... This paragraph goes on to suggest 5mg hydrocortisone to treat low cortisol MY PERSONAL OPINION Since the 3-4 things I have tried based upon Andy's book AI have all helped me quite a bit (No sulphur and cutting out cilantro/chorella); niacinamide to clear out effects of MCS(mult-Chem-sensitivities) and larger doses of melatonin to sleep (page 159); along with his ideas that low adrenals (which I have or had) are a mercury related problem, I am going to follow his book and this forum pretty closely. I know there are other supplement treatments for low cortisol that have been mentioned in this forum and in the book and I will try these as well BUT I will likley try the Hydro-cortisone first Hope that helps i know prednisone stirs up major yeast problems so i woudl be surprised if hydrocortisone doesn't contribute to yeast?? where did you hear it was anti-yeast? > > thanks > monique
