Guest guest
My DMPS/ALA chelation is going great. My alarm clocks go off at 1, 4 and 7 am, I sit up stick capsules in my mouth and drink. There is just one problem. When I am alert in the morning and I go back to where I slept I usually find one or two capsules in the bed or on the floor. I really thought that I swallowed them all at night. There's no point in stopping the round at that point because I have already taken the next dose. I've been taking 5 mg Cortef before bed in an attempt to get more alert at night. Can anyone believe that anyone could be this dysfunctional at night? My legs are so painful at night that getting up and walking around before taking doses isn't an option. I don't want to stop chelation because every time I stop the pain gets worse. Sometimes my dilemmas sound hopeless. Maybe coffee before bed??? Any ideas? J
