I'm sorry, but I MUST, MUST caution you about trusting any and all

dentists listed on the iaomt.org web site. I chased this web site for

many, many months hoping to find a listed dentist in my area (Europe).

The irony is that I just had a very bad experience with one of them.

Sure they removed the amalgams (used rubber dam and gave oxygen, but

did not cover my hair or my eyes - in fact the dentist's sticky glove

swiped the corner of my left eye and I was horrified but dare not move

and could not say anything half way thru the whole procedure).

Knowing my medical history they should have removed just one amalgam

but insisted that removing all 3 at the same time was better - this

has completely ticked off both my NDs!! And I got a major scolding

from them. One of them even said she hopes I don't end up in the

hospital (my docs are all on vacation for a month now). They are

worried that my system is too fragile to handle such a burden. I had

requested the dentist to remove just one and I would come back later

for the rest, but she said it would be better to remove all 3 at the

same time.

Even after telling me that only removals will be done followed by

placing of temporary fillings and nothing else (implying they will

take it easy with me and will bother with fitting me for crowns at a

later appointment), they proceeded to change their mind (and mine too)

- " you will have to spend more money to come back and visit us, we

can do it all now, you have one tooth with decay, it is not good for

you, since you are feeling strong we can do it for you now " . They are

out of town and I had to travel and stay at an hotel overnight - I did

not once indicate this was an issue for me. They removed the old

composite of one tooth (it did have decay, but I'm sure it could have

waited) and drilled out yet another 2 teeth to create a bridge for a

gapped tooth. NO compatibility testing was done and I reacted horribly

to the provisional material used to create impressions. (I had told

them on a previous appt that I had the Clifford's test for

biocompatiility and it was 8 years old. I was told it was too old

(ok), and testing would be done if needed, nothing was done).

I was an emotional wreck for the next couple of days, the mercury

plus all the nerves they touched alongwith the anesthesia apparently

messed me up - this I was told by my ND. All I heard from the dentist

was " I don't know what happened, I have tested this product - (no idea

how they tested it, it was not tested on me), I don't know what to

tell you, just drink lots of water, have this chlorella. You have

refused to take the reduced glutathione in the IV Vit C, one lady was

suicidal and I gave her the glutathione and she was standing up

immediately etc. etc. etc.! " They pretty much washed their hands off

me as far as helping further.

I went back to the iaomt web site and read the fine print - they do

not take responsibility for botched up jobs. You don't have to be just

a dentist to be on their web site either - could be some other field

of medicine - feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

On Dr. Mercola's web site I just happened upon a thread of discussion

- a reader mentioned that someone (pretty high up in the mgmt levels)

from the iaomt org told him membership can be bought into the

organisation!

Whatever may be the truth or not, all I can say is there is no greater

teacher than experience. Trust your instincts, and remember you have

every right to dictate what you want done - it's your money, your

body, your life!

I am trying very consciously to put all this behind me because I know

the most important thing for me right now is to heal, and for that I

need my peace of mind and must forgive and forget. Please be careful.
