Guest guest
Just got my amalgams out a week ago. I've read everything I could on the site and files about sauna, but wanted to get the latest thinking. I'm using a health club dry sauna for 45 minutes, every single day. Staying effectively hydrated, and I feel fine in there. I wash off well and have felt very good afterwards. My strategy is to actually sauna everyday in lieu of chelating with DMPS/DMSA, at least for a month or so, and then see where my health is. What's the latest thinking on dry sauna? Do we still believe Andy's assessment that it's roughly the equivalent of DMSA use, if done 1-2 hours? Also, if I don't feel poorly after, is there any hidden risk of redistribution that could sneak up on me? In general, what's the rule about assessing redistribution - what does it feel like? Can it happen without feeling anything?
