teflon cookware

I know so many of you are really savvy about health issues. I am reading a new book called "The Body Toxic: How the Hazardous Chemistry of Everyday Things Threatens our Health and Well Being" by Nena Baker

I know Teflon cookware is bad and have not used it for years. One of the things about this perflourinated/nonstick chemical (teflon) is that unlike other persistent pollutants that take to fat, this chemical binds to blood proteins and blood rich areas such as the liver.

I just don't want anyone to use this horrid stuff.
