Tonight is an easy night, la;St night I made tacos and had some of the meat leftover, so I am going to take a bag of raviolis (frozen, get them at save-a-lot)(Rob calls it try- & -save), and going to spoon the rest of the meat over them and some 'scetti sauce and bake them, maybe a salad on the side...

And I agree, chicken enchiladas sound yummy!!!

So does meatloaf, I love his songs....

Oatmeal cookies my fav! Do you make them with raisins? Meatloaf is great; what's your recipe?Lloyd cooks a few choice meals--other than hamburgers and enchiladas, the kids turn their noses up at his cooking. They much prefer my chili and baked ziti.Tonight I think we are just going to order out for pizza. I did get stuff to make chili for one night, and meatballs and spag for another night. It's been great to hear from folks now that you sent out that email, Sharon!love to all,KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Tue, April 5, 2011 6:02:18 PMSubject: What's for dinner? Chicken enchiladas sounds so good Kate! Does Lloyd cook a lot? I'm making meatloaf for dinner. My grandkids all love it when I make meatloaf:)Today I made a batch of oatmeal cookies as a special treat for the grandkids. Their mom gave them some hard, outside chores and I decided they needed a "special". They ate and ate and ate... lol hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
