Also if any one has any advice on the symptoms please let me know your thoughts. Pale stools and slightly uncomfortable occasionally on right side around bottom of the ribs. No other symtoms copper always been highish around 50-60ug/g. Been chelating for 15 months on 75mg ala or 50mg ala/25mg dmsa per rd. 70rds so far mainly on 50mg ala 25mg dmsa. Supplements I have seen for the liver/gall bladder Taurine up to 2g pd Phosphatitdyl choline not sure on dose molybdenum for copper milk thistle 1 per meal (80mg silymarin) Any others & how long would poeple leave it before trying something else like maybe a liver flush? The onibasu wiki page might give you some more ideas: http://onibasu.com/wiki/Liver_support Although you didn't mention if your liver enzymes were elevated, that page does mention DMSA will elevate them. You might benefit from increasing your milk thistle dose if you haven't tried that already. Something else is phytosomal milk thistle (Siliphos aka silybin phytosome) sold under different brand names, which is supposed to be much more bioavailable than regular milk thistle. There's also polyenylphosphatidylcholine (aka polypc and under different brand names) which is supposed to be effective for some liver conditions.
