Guest guest
Try a gradual approach with a reward tied to the end . Start off with maybe 10 minutes and if he does well, give him a little reinforcer after the 10 minutes of compliance. And if that works, try extending the time each time.Sent from my iPad ALL:I just received the SafetyNet device for my son. I placed it on his ankle hoping that he wouldn't be distracted by it there instead of on this wrist. However, he already CUT the strap off. Any suggestions on trying to convince him to keep it on? I am thinking of placing one of the straps on my ankle in hopes that he may understand.Any advice would be appreciated...Thank you.RM =
Guest guest
Our son has similar issues with his ID bracelet. What worked at one time was putting it on in his sleep. Guest guest
Go back to Safety Net and ask if they have a kid proof strap, it's their device and they are marketing it to the DD community, they need to address this.
