Guest guest
Hi: In another response a few days ago, you stated something to the effect that if a person is underweight, he/she " shouldn't worry about using HC " (sorry for my paraphrasing), which I took to mean that if underweight, perhaps that person can tolerate more HC than someone with weight problems(??). I'm 12 years post amalgams (16 of 'em) and have had a lot of trouble with absorption/assimilation/allergies etc. I've been afraid to go over the 20 mg suggested by Jeffries but have not had much benefit at 20 mg. Should I try more? I consider myself to be near the end of chelating, but nothing much has changed with regards to allergies (food intolerance/poor digestion). Thank-you! -m
