Guest guest
I have also tried and been unable to obtain life insurance outside of work as well. You weren't stupid, though. I used to think anyone could get life insurance but maybe at a higher risk rate. It certainly does tie us to our jobs though. Steve UC-1994, PSC-2000 Life Insurance I was stupid and put off getting life insurance, and now I'm trying to do it and have not found a copmany willing to approve me (beyond what I get automatically through my job). Has anyone (in the States) had luck getting approved for life insurance? Also, we are trying to get life insurance for my husband and I saw someone mentioned earlier that being a live organ donor can cancel some policies. Anyone know which policies are organ-donor-friendly? Thanks! Guest guest
Hello everyone, its me again. Can anyone advise me on what type of insurance I should get, whether whole life insurance or term insurance? I am planning for my sons future, even though he is only seven years old. Regardless what plan I choose, how will the money be managed when I am not here, in case he cant manage it? Thanks everyone!!! Guest guest
Supplemental special needs trusts is different and doesn't have the same problems with taxes etc. contact a special needs attorney Sent from my iPad Be careful how you invest your money in a trust, the tax rate for a trust is sky high. I think it's 35%. You want to make sure the monies are used for your child and not sucked up by taxes. Make sure you bring this up with your attorney. Hello everyone, its me again.
