I would suggest taking your temp in the a.m.--a lower than normal temp is an

indicator of a struggling thyroid. This will give you some info on how it's

doing. From what you've written, it sounds like your thyroid is overactive and

your adrenals are stressed...I started having hyperthyroid symptoms, such as

yours, within two weeks of my last amalgam removal...
