Guest guest
I went to a seminar today on enzymes. I know this isn't Andy's protocol, but this caught my attention. A study (I didn't get the reference, but can call the guy sometime) showed that giving protease in cases where people are exposed to heavy metals reduces the heavy metals in the blood. He said this suggests the protease is binding with the enzymes, but he wasn't aware of any research suggesting where they go once bound. First, I am wondering if anyone, particularly Andy, knows what would happen to the enzymes bound with metals. Next, I am wondering if it would be helpful to take protease when ending a round to help with redistribution. Thanks, Olif
Guest guest
I know that a lot of people don't get better because they outsmart themselves thinking that all the psychotic babbling in the world - much of which actually is published in peer reviewed journals - is real and fixate on things like this and do them instead of what works. You have a technique that works. Fixate on IT. Don't try to sort out the infinite amount of chaotic and mostly wrong observations offered up as " science " unless you have a good reason, are very good at it and enjoy it. It is VERY hard to do. View these kinds of seminars as entertainment, not technical talks and you won't be far wrong. Taking protease at the end of a round would definitely NOT help with redistribution.
