Guest guest
No, I haven't read this. Perhaps he does not support any alternative treatments for autism. The vaccine theory has been knocked down many times by the American Academy of Pediatrics. I don't know how much the pecanbread site supports the vaccine theory either. It would be interesting to know how the kids with autism are responding to SCD, and if there is any current research going on. PJ > > Hi. Since alot of folks read both pecanbread and this post, I'll post my message here. Not sure what happened to the SCD support group, but this would of gone to them. Has anyone been reading Harvey Karps column about autism and vaccines in the Huffington Post ? > > It made me wonder if anyone has contacted him about diet, or maybe they have and he's in denial along with some others about the impact of food on kids. He's always debating McCarthy and the others about vaccines, so I thought for sure he'd like some more ammo to fuel his antivaccine theory which he is always ranting about. Saying it is diet certainly helps temper the vaccine theory. > > Anyway, just a thought. > > michelle > CD - 3 1/2 years > SCD - 2 1/2 years >
