With all due respect, I know many children that have been chelated without any problems. If you administer the wrong medication or wrong amounts of anything you can have tragic consequences. Go to the Autism Research Institute (ARI) and check the parent ratings for all forms of treatments. Last time I checked it chelation was one of the most successful treatment modalities. Chelation is not for everyone but those that want to try it should do it only with a knowledgeable physician that they trust. Just my opinion.
