I just wanted to thank everyone on this board for helping me through the initial

phases of switching to the SCD Diet. I found folks to be increadibly responsive

and helpful with questions that they probably answered a thousand times before.

I've been on SCD now for about three months and have had dramatic improvements

in my UC symptoms. I'm not cured, but I feel as though I'm on the right path.

Thanks to everyone who helped me along the way these past few months.
