May-Bud Farmer's Cheese legal?

I'm a newbie. I have been on a quest for Farmer's cheese and have found some in

one of our local supermakets. It reads: " May-Bud Farmer's Cheese, Semisoft

Part-Skim Cheese " . The Ingredients list Pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese

culture, salt & enzymes. Is this cheese legal?
