This assessment, called the Trauma Registry Improvement System Assessment (TRISA) Project, has stemmed from DSHS and stakeholder concerns over the integrity, usefulness and viability of the current system. All NCTTRAC/TSA-E EMS providers, trauma service providers and any others interested in contributing their thoughts and expertise to the development of the Texas EMS/Trauma Registry are encouraged to attend one of the meetings.
