Guest guest Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 Hi, I am sitting her in a hotel room about to move my yogurt from the yogurt maker to the fridge. I have to check out in the morning and was hoping to eat half the yogurt tonight and half tomorrow. Can I eat some yogurt without chilling it? I thought I read somewhere that it has to chill for 4 hours. Why? If I eat it warm will it have the same benefits? I can't wait to go home!!!
