Lori,

Hi! My doctors recommended I take Flintstones Children's vitamins (over any

adult vitamins, other brands, etc.), Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin A

(every other day), calcium and Vitamin D every day. I feel like I'm forgetting

something, but that's all I can remember at the moment!
