We decided to base our stuff at Ancestry - with an offline backup! - but

anything I find on Ancestry I'm using as just a jumping-off point - I'm

wearing out my Google-fu hunting down parish records, old genealogy books,

photos of churchyards... :-D I love old graveyards. Wish I was rich and

famous enough to go visit them all in person!

And I surely do wonder what those Quaker ancestors think of (a)Lizzie

and ( the huge number of military folks among their descendants!

It's so weird that I can sit cross-legged or whatever for hours now, and

nothing happens - but I lie on my side for 5 minutes and my whole arm goes

numb! But hey, as long as I can type and stitch, ain't gonna fuss.

And my little design line has just come away from their first big " show " ,

with over $150 in sales! (Ave pattern price $5, with a buy-4-get-one-free

sale) so I am just tickled pink! :-D :-D :-D

Who's reading the group?

 

I am wondering who is reading the group? We have our core members who post

often but we don't hear from most of the other members on this large group.

I am going to do some " housecleaning " on the group. If you are reading the

group but are just not posting--please let me know so I can keep you on as a

member.

I reset some of the bouncing members last week and some others this morning.

Hopefully some of those previously bouncing members will respond and let us

all know how they are doing and what's going on in their lives!

I'm glad for each of you and I hope to see posts from members who have been

silent for awhile!
