Guest guest
Does anyone utilize an EMS Impact Fee structure for groups that use City or Municipal based EMS systems? In other words, for instance you have an occupancy that calls 911 an average of 200 times a year...does anyone charge that occupancy at all or do you get compensated strictly by the patient and insurance? Is it fair to assume that property taxes pay for the basic out-fitting of an EMS service for use in emergent situations, and that those who have a greater demand on the system should pay a proportionatly larger rate or fee?
