Lactic Acid Build-up

Can anyone tell me what biological pathways help the body eliminate

lactic acid and what nutrients may give them a boost. For 25 years I

have been exercise and probiotic intolerant, both of which cause

severe symptoms of lactic acid build-up. It is not die-off because the

symptoms NEVER resolve, only getting worse with time. The only

probiotic I can tolerate is Latero-flora which is a non-lactic acid

producing bacteria. It has helped, but I thought if I could improve my

body's ability to excrete more Lactic acid, I might be able to

tolerate one of the more traditional probiotics.(And believe me, I've

tried them all and it did not matter which one).
