Die off or still casein reaction to SCD yogurt?

Hi all,

I have been avoiding all dairy except butter which I tolerate well for 10

months. Dairy sensitivity was my first reaction then I uncovered parasites and

yeast. Anyways...

Back when this all started several times I felt like I was coming down with a

flu...sudden naseau and weakness and occasionally diarreha but the next day I

felt fine. This stopped once I stopped dairy (now my only symptom is constant

discomfort in my lower left abdomen from the blastocystis homninis parasite).

Cow's milk cheese and yogurt were the worst. Oddly before I went on the SCD

small amounts of milk in baked goods was fine as I guess it is concentrated

casein I react to, not lactose.

I tried conventional goat yogurt a couple of months ago with no luck. Then I

tried SCD this week. I built up each day to 1/4 cup. Each day I had the yogurt

in the AM, then at dinner I had difficulty swallowing...like acid reflux. Friday

I was up to 1/4 c yogurt and that evening I felt like a truck hit me, slightly

naseauted and very tired so I went to bed early. Saturday I skipped the yogurt

to see how I felt and low and behold...no difficulty swallowing and felt

energetic. Today I tried 1/4 c yogurt again and again...a wave of slight naseau

2.5 hrs after having it and am very tired.

Does this sound like die off or am I still very sensitive to casein? Again,

butter is just fine...which has trace amounts of casein.

I hope so badly to overcome my dairy sensitivity but I guess I may not be ready

yet.
