Guest guest
Hi, I am new and need a little help. I am making yogurt in my Excalibur for the first time and the yogurt doesn't seem to be getting hot enough. I started the process last night at 9pm. I keep turning the temperature up and then testing the yogurt after a little while. I have two containers in there, one goat milk and one cow. My question is, is it too late to save it (after it's already been in there for 19 hours?). Will it still be good if I get it up to the right temp and keep it cooking over night? The goat is only getting to about 92degrees and is still very runny, but the cow is around 105 and looking to be a bit more like yogurt. Should I just scrap the goat (or both) and start over? Thanks for your help,

I'd up the temperature some and keep the goat cooking longer, over night.
