Question about Adrenal Support

Hello,

I had my hair test done last November and mercurity toxicity was

confirmed (met one counting rule and pretty close on a second). I

will have my amalgam fillings removed in about 2 months. About a

month ago, I started adrenal support. I am now taking 10mg of HC, 5mg

of DHEA, and 4 mg of testosterone 2x per day. It's a time-release

formula and I take the first dose when I wake up in the morning and

the second around 4pm. The Rx has helped me greatly; there have been

more positive effects than negative ones.

My question concerns the length of time I'll use this support. I know

that it's important to support the adrenals during chelation, so

imagine that I will need to continue the HC while I am chelating. My

question is this: how do I know when I can wean off the HC? I know

it's not good to use it long-term, and I also know that one shouldn't

stop it abruptly. I suppose I can go by symptoms and adjust the dose,

but how will I know that my adrenals are healed and I don't need the

hormone support anymore?
