How come doctors won't let me get a hair test done?

When I went into the doctors office and asked about a hair test they

looked at me like they have no clue what I'm talking about. The

doctor told me he refuses to give me any lab work unless there is

something seriously wrong.

You would have to be dieing to get access to any decent lab tests.

I would have a lot of difficulty finding enough money for an mail hair

test, but I may have to look into. I'm takling most of this illness

by symptoms and guess work of what's going on in my body.
