Guest guest Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 Does anyone on SCD get cramps for example from doing crunches? I never used to have this problem before SCD, but ever since, I get these unbearable cramps in my muscles where after 20 crunches only, the ab muscles get locked when they are tensed and it takes lying on my stomach and arching my back to reverse it. Even after that it tenses up again if I bend over. After 10 minutes this goes away. This also happens when doing push ups in my chest muscles. I'm wondering if it some how related to being extra dehydrated on the diet or perhaps something that carb food provide which is no longer available. Anyone else have this?
