My lungs felt like I had an infection; but, the stuff I coughed up was clear or foamy white. It did not look like junk. I was really weak, my back hurt all the time. I felt like I had to burp; but, couldn't. The nurse practitioner listened to my lungs and said that I had "ronchi". I could feel the rattling in my lungs. My pulmonologist ordered Singulair and prednisone. At the pharmacy, I got the Singulair; but, told the pharmacist that I didn't want the prednisone. She said that they would keep it for a year before it becomes invalid. I do not know what kind of infection I had. But, I am feeling better except for extreme fatigue and the sensation of have trapped air.
