I haven't found that SCD cures my fibromyalgia but it does help a bit. I believe I have costochondritis only from diagnosing myself from the net, I've never been diagnosed by a doctor. My pain is pain that goes across the chest, top part of the left breast, from the center to under my arm. It's quite painful and at first I thought it was my heart but I don't have any heart type symtoms. It occasionally goes away and I'm not sure why. I assume it's all part of the same inflammation process in the body. The costochondritis symptoms started after I started SCD though.

I've been trying to read up on this subject for a couple of friends who have been diagnosed with this. Of course my cure for everything is SCD, but wondered if anyone had direct experience that I would forward to my friends. While reading about it, I also ran across something that could describe my situation :Costochondritis is also associated with other, secondary symptoms. These include:rapid heart rate irregular heart rate Anyone familiar with Costochondritis ?
