Guest guest
I've never heard of sulfasalazine being used for arthritis (my mom has arthritis). However, I used it for UC for about 30 years!!! But to my knowledge it never caused hepatotoxicity. My sister is certain the PSC was caused by my UC meds, which would be sulfasalazine, but PSC is genetic, so I don't see that it was caused by sulfasalazine.
