Guest guest Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 This is what I ate yesterday: Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, yogurt with vanilla and cinnamon, peppermint tea Lunch: Grilled chicken thighs, butternut squash, two blueberry muffins (recipe from " Everyday Grain-Free Gourmet: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner " ). Snack: Havarti cheese with dill Dinner: sauteed scallops in ghee and garlic, steamed green beans with ghee, dry curd cottage cheese mixed with some homemade strawberry jam, a few gelatin cubes made with gelatin and Welch's grape juice. -Amy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
