I have been on the intro diet for 1 week & I am acually feeling worse than I did before I started the diet. What could I be doing wrong? Today I ate the cheesecake (made w/honey, eggs, juice of lemmon-NO rind, strained 1/2 & 1/2 milk that was free of any caraggean), chiken broth & the chicken used to make that broth, 2 pure beef patties, and 1 cup of tea w/ honey. I have these intermittent pains that I believe are caused by gas. I practcally double over from them & when I run to the bathroom not a whole lot happens except sometimes there is gas and some blood/mucus. I did make a HUGE mistake last week and eat about a 1/2 cup of legal cashews. It was WAY TOO SOON & I paid the price w/ pain & D. It seems whatever damage I did will not go away. I was feeling great up until then (that was last Thursday). Is it possible that I am still paying the price for Thursday's mess up or could there be another culprit?
