Guest guest
I've aggravated an otherwise quiet hiatal hernia (through physical movement, not food), and now am experiencing bad acid reflux that keeps me up at night. I read online that slippery elm or comfrey or okra pepsin can help by absorbing digestive secretions and preventing them from backing up into esophagus. I know antacids are typically prescribed for reflux, but I also know they take away the good acids one needs for digestion, as well. Anyone have any experience with this condition and found scd legal aids? I've also read that a trained massage therapist or chiropractor can " adjust " a hiatal hernia back into place. Anyone have luck with this? How did you go about finding such a person? thanks, tom ibs / cfs scd 7/
