What I most love is that your replies are honest and upbeat. I am a " live in the solution and positive " person. Finding a group like this one is an answer to prayer. My name is Lark. I'll learn my way around in this on-line format...a little new to me. I went to see my doctor this morning and asked for a referral to a different pulmonary specialist after hearing some rather negative comments about the local guy. My doctor was totally up for it...thought I wanted to stay local or would have referred me elsewheres. I'll fill you in after I get the details. My doctor also had time for a long visit this morning so we really talked and shared together. This was a big boost for me emotionally. I feel so much better...a little knowledge goes a long way. He is very clear that this is a long, arduous journey. Honesty means so much to me. I read each of your suggestions with interest. I'll follow them. They are practical and will make life simpler. I am accustomed to group sharing due to my involvement with AA. I feel just like I did when I found AA and understood my situation.
