Guest guest
Hi Dean, May i ask how much you take and at what times. Are you reducing dosage after many months of chelation or sulfation not related to mercury? Is this a lifelong issue? As you can tell i havent read up on this subject yet. One tablet of 1000mg at night helps me alot as well. Mainly for my joints as far as i can tell. Are there other signs that show when the body is not producing enough? Could i cut back on magnesium if took more glucosamine or does this have no relationship? I'm also having loose stools frequently, i'm not sure what the cause is. When i take probiotics it gets better but it doesnt last very long.. maybe i need to take it more often. I'm really glad I made the shift. > Thanks, > Dean >
