Hi Dean,

May i ask how much you take and at what times. Are you reducing dosage

after many months of chelation or sulfation not related to mercury?

Is this a lifelong issue? As you can tell i havent read up on this

subject yet.

One tablet of 1000mg at night helps me alot as well. Mainly for my

joints as far as i can tell. Are there other signs that show when the

body is not producing enough?

Could i cut back on magnesium if took more glucosamine or does this

have no relationship? I'm also having loose stools frequently, i'm not

sure what the cause is. When i take probiotics it gets better but it

doesnt last very long.. maybe i need to take it more often.
