Guest guest
Hi everyone, As you all can imagine, the countdown to tomorrow is a bit crazy. I'm trying to get about 2 weeks worth of stuff done in one day. And poor Fritz has come down with croup on top of everything else. We ended up in the ER on Monday night/Tuesday AM from 1:30 to 3:30 AM. Ugh. I created a Care Pages site for us last night: http://www.carepages.com/carepages/154228/invitations/32658/400c32b194bfa0f0d55 ee1bff0498f770b678930 I'm trying to remain positive and upbeat, but boy, 24 hours before you know you are having 60% of your liver surgically removed to have a really horrible cancer taken out of your body, and the cracks and fissures in your facade start to show. Yet I am still expecting a good outcome as that is the only one I can have. Too many people are counting on me to be here and be their mom, wife, sister, daughter and friend. I have lots of things to do yet in my life! I came across a great quote the other day: " Man can endure and what, so long as he has a why. " -- Viktor l Something to meditate on when the going gets rough. Thanks for all the prayers and support, Colleen
