Do you know an individual or EMS/trauma organization that should be

honored this November during the Awards Luncheon at Texas EMS

Conference?

We've made it easy to nominate the best in EMS and trauma. Go to

fill out the form and send it back to us electronically as an

attachment.

There are no documents to gather or lengthy descriptions to write. Just

give us the facts, telling us why you think this person or organization

deserves an award.

Nominations for Texas EMS Awards must be received by October 6, 2009. If
