Don't go back to lurkdom, Rj! lolI didn't realize you are in Phoenix. I live in the mountains in far eastern central Arizona. We have another member in Phoenix too. Yep, it's hot in the valley! I lived in the outer Phoenix area for most of my life until I finally escaped and made it to the mountains about 10 years ago. lolhugs to you and good luck to your daughter! I know I know that one should interact with groups but each group needs a resident lurker & thats me!! LOL

My MS is stable even tho my dh & I move every 6 months!!! Getting ready to head back up to Colorado for the summer but hoping to move down to the Phoenix AZ area for good. Yes it gets hot here but told the dh if it got to bad for us we would hop in the car & go somewhere cooler for a few weeks!!!

Also my 3 yr old granddaughter lives there & my daughter is going thru a divorce right now..........so life is hectic to say the least. Then in May or June will go back to Wisconsin to see y 95 yr old Mom. Her body is giving out but she still has her mind.

I too have been on Avonex for over 10 yrs & I sometimes think of going off of it.......but for now will stay on it. Its a hard decision to stay or get off of drugs that supposedly helps one but sometimes the routine of taking a med takes over ones life. It rules one not one ruling it..............but remember we are all different & each of us has our limit of how much we can or want to take.
