Gee a mass shooting at an immigration center in NY could never happen here

in a place like Texas?

Maybe learning from things done right and wrong in a very plausible MCI

situation for a state like Texas?

Oh wait Texans can't possibly learn from Yankees can they.

Oh in case anyone does not know I am a tried and true YANKEE that has come

to love Texas and I've even learned a thing or two here.

Just a quick word on essential services in Texas. I do believe if you check, the

only state mandated essential services are one sheriff and one constable per

county. That is somebody to enforce the law, and somebody to arrest the sheriff

if he breaks the law. a bit archaic but that's the way of it.
