Newly passed Israeli Law to determine when a person is brain dead

Dear all, Very positive news in Israel today. The attached article (the first in English, the second in Hebrew-a more personal account of how the law came into being) talks about the Israeli Parliament's approval of the Organ Donation Law. Israeli has one of the lowest organ donation rates in the world, part of this is due to religious reasons and part due to fear of course. Experts estimate that due to the new law, organ donation will increase by as much as 10-20%!!! We're moving in a very positive direction!
