Guest guest
I've found magnesium really helps. I think I've posted this before, but just in case... This combo really helps, take on empty stomach a couple times a day as you tolerate it: 2grams vit C 500 mg Taurine 150 Magnesium malate (which is more calming to adrenals) or aspartate, (which is more enegizing) can add 100-250 mg of Pantothenic acid to this at times if gut is sluggish, or you need a lot of calming. Also, Epsom Salt baths rock! A must during chelation for me, at least every other day. 2 cups ES in bath, soak for 20 min. Have at least a gram of C in you during the bath. Works wonders! Also, taking about a gram of C with every chelation dose makes a huge difference. Even the day or two after the round (which is usually the worst for me) goes better. I find i tolerate a lot more C during a round, but less magnesium orally -- which is why the Epsom Salt baths are so important. hope this helps someone. I decided to carry on at my usual dose, also thinking that going > from 17mg to nothing would be worse than 17mg to 8mg.
