What I have found. Never put shots close to each other. This leaves a HARD knot and will hurt for at least a week. Rotate from side to side. It does seem that slower is better but with lovenox you are going to get brusies, Itching 1 or 2 days after I get the shots they do itch. I think it is the little scab that it leaves. Or it is the PSC. Are you still on lovenox or are you back on coumidan. Everything seemed to me to itch. And there is really nothing much you can do with it. It drove me crazy as you can tell with this message. The only thing I could find for any relief was to stop Caffine and to take lots of showers.. Sorry I could not be more help but PSC is PSC..
