Guest guest Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 From my 11 days in the hospital, I have a world-class collection of bruises -- on my arms from IVs, all across my belly from the Lovenox injections that the nurses gave (I inject the stuff slower and so it doesn't bruise nearly so much), and bruises across both hips from the demerol & phenergan injections. What's weird is that these bruises itch. I don't recall ever hitting this before, but it sure is present now. Has anyone else encountered this? Anyone know why this should occur? Thanks!
