Checks are payable to the Levis JCC or use a credit card.You will also need a simple note from your doctor that your child is ready to ride our customized tricycles. We must have this doctor authorization prior to your child receiving a bike!The bikes will be ready on Sunday December 2nd, 2012 If your child is not ready to receive a bike:Continue to keep in touch with the JCC and be put on a waitlist to be informed of future fittings.
