Guest guest
TK--- Hi JB > > My son is 2 1/2 years old. He seems to be behind in speech and social > skills, and we have therapists helping. TK--- suggestions - get AI book and study it and references here in files and links sections. Do a hair elements analysis and follow the counting rules - get information on the results from others or the Hair Test interpretation book. This will give you information on what is going on instead of just guessing. > > It also seems that he might have a milk allergy or multiple food > intolerances. We are going to eliminate dairy for 14 days as a first > step. TK--- depending on finances do some food testing like ALCAT to remove foods that are irritants - this can make a very big difference. Dairy, wheat and gluten are problems for many many people. Watch for reactions to sulfer foods - try illeminating them all for a couple weeks and see what happens > > Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it very possible that a heavy > metal toxicity might be at the root of all this? TK--- possible - but you need to do some testing and not just guess when possible - the more info you have the better decisions you can make. Look at other possible testing to figure things out - CDSA, Comprehensive liver detox etc... fractioned urine porphrine - all general blood labs > > He has had most of his shots, except the MMR, which I made them > postpone, so far, but I know some of the shots had thimerosal in them. > Unfortunately, we didn't know what we know now about mercury. TK--- common mistake, don't beat yourself up about it as many people are not aware the gov is hurting them. > > Also, before discussing with TK, we thought our brita water filter was > good enough for removing lead from our water. A lead test of our > water showed slightly elevated levels, though running it for 5 mins > brought them down to acceptable. We since replaced our plumbing and > used lead-free solder, of course. TK--- good - always still run the water a little while from taps before using. > > Blood test of my son showed no lead problem, but we know how > misleading they can be. So, now my son may have a potential lead > and/or mercury issue, and I don't know what to do about it. TK--- start with hair elements analysis - also this is primarily an adult site so you may get some more from the Autism site also in regard to treating kids but we do cutler's protocol here and it is the same. > > Can anyone offer any advice here? I want to be really really cautious > on this one, and I already know better than to get him a challenge > test. TK--- never challenge - do hair elements analysis - Direct lab services links section. Does the protocol apply for kids? TK--- yes Any good docs in the New > Jersey area who will work with me? TK--- Email Andy - ask on the autism board also - Andy is more active on the autism board. > > Seeing as I would rather drink poison than cause any harm to my son, I > don't want to do anything stupid, yet I want to address the problem if > there is one. TK--- Smart - start with reading the AI Book , links, files and do hair elements analysis - this is usually a long raod and hurring causes problems. Although children usually show more progress much faster than adults. Do not get in a hurry as this is how most people hurt themselves with the protocol. Know what you are doing first. > > Thanks, > > - JB >
