TK-- no not that frequently, unless you just have money to burn it

would be better to spend it on other informative testing. One every

6 months or a year is fine but mostly you will be relying on how well

you are doing and how much progress you are making.

TK--- Then how is she going to do it ? Make sure you know how, so

far I haven't heard an answer as to how ? Just because she doesn't

mention it may not mean that is not what she intends to suggest.

TK--- you can do this or you can just avoid them all for a couple

weeks and see how you do.

If you do a fractioned urine porphyrin test it may also help with

determining Hg toxicity -
