Here is the formula for PLUS:

Iron 1 mg 5

Wild Yam (root) 200 mg *

Standardized for 25 mg phytosterols

L-Glutamic acid 200 mg *

Glycine 200 mg *

L-Lysine 200 mg *

L-Arginine 100 mg *

Beta Sitosterol 25 mg *

Ambrotose® complex (patent pending) 2.5 mg *

(Arabinogalactan (Larix decidua) (gum), Manapol® aloe vera

gel extract (inner leaf gel), gum ghatti and gum tragacanth.)
