I must say that most folk are quite accomodating when I'm on my scooter. And, some are curious about its cost and such.

When in Thailand and Vietnam with my scooter the locals had no hesitation to ask where I got it and how much it cost. And, virtual strangers wanted to ride it. In the attached photo a Vietnamese man (inebriated) at a wedding insisted on having his photo taken with the scooter and me.Dan U dao_nguu@...

It really is. I love the way kids just naturally have such curiosity.One little boy said to me (he was about four, and was walking),"Gee! What happened to YOU? You do not look that old!"His mother was a bit alarmed, but I explained it to him briefly,and assured the mother that I thought that asking me a reasonablequestion was not rude. She did appear greatly relieved!
